This book CCIS 2498 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th CCF China Blockchain Summit on Blockchain Technology and Application, CBCC 2024, held in Shanghai, China, during December 13–15, 2024. The 15 full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 151 submissions.
