Information and Communication Technologies

This book constitutes refereed proceedings of the 8th Conference on Information and Communication Technologies of Ecuador, TICEC 2020, held in November 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held online.  The 36 full and 7 short papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 117 qualified submissions.
