The Mission is a fictional/fantasy about a young man who realizes his lifelong dream of becoming a Naval Aviator in a most unusual manner. Set in the late Vietnam era, readers will follow Mark Hixon on his journey to the wildest of missions, and they will be left with the question, is this just a story, or did the mission really happen?
