In thirteenth-century Europe, a war between good and evil rages. A rare blood offering unique qualities to any vampire that bites them is born after two hundred and fifty years. As a secret division within the church, known as the Sect, struggles to keep them protected, a villainous vampire lord will stop at nothing to get the blood for himself. He is determined to fulfill his fate set down by his demonic creator, Lilith. Will the church prevail in their goal of protection, or will all hope be lost to the clutches of evil?
