Green Tea; Mr. Justice Harbottle

Green Tea; Mr. Justice Harbottle is a collection of two supernatural short stories written by Irish author Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu, and first published in 1872. The first story, "Green Tea," follows the tale of a clergyman who becomes obsessed with a green tea he drinks, leading him to see a mysterious monkey that haunts him to the point of madness. The second story, "Mr. Justice Harbottle," is about a cruel judge who receives supernatural punishment for his past misdeeds. Both stories are known for their chilling and suspenseful atmosphere, as well as Le Fanu's masterful use of psychological horror and supernatural elements.
