IFIP Advances in Information and Communication Technology

This volume constitutes the refereed and revised post-conference proceedings of the 8th IFIP WG 5.15 International Conference on Information Technology in Disaster Risk Reduction, ITDRR 2023, held in Tokyo, Japan, during December 4-6, 2023.The 18 full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 26 submissions.
