Manhattan Alien

A young doctor from India migrates to the United States to pursue the American Dream. He finds the life in America much different than what he had experienced from the rest of the world. He meets a young medical student, and she becomes his guru to live the American life. She turns him from a nerd into a smartass doctor.They get closer. There arises a dire situation that forces him to do something that he has not been able to: to open his heart and tell her what is in his mind.
