The economic times of the 1990s caused Mary, the main character, to embarkOn her own journey upon the suggestion of a so called spiritual friend. Mary finds her-Self in a dark foreboding home in South Carolina where she is greeted by a womanWho is quite unusual and is also greeted by a man named Ben who rescues her. SheIs not only exposed to belief systems but also she exposes charlatans in a whimsical Fashion. She reminds all of us how we are tested at some point in our lives and howOur fears cause pathways never to be crossed.
