Applied Technologies

This volume constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Second International Conference on Applied Technologies, ICAT 2020, held in Quito, Ecuador, in December 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held online.  The 53 papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 145 submissions.
