Cuentos Nuevomexicanos by Jos Herminio Orlando Vigil includes six popular anonymous stories and fables from New Mexican folklore translated by the author from English into Spanish. The author is from Velarde, New Mexico, and currently lives in Albuquerque. Illustrations by the authors children, Joshua N. Vigil and Naomi R. Vogel.
