Everybody's Here

As I stumble and crash around with Zen and Yoga I am always heartened by the tales of fellow travellers who have gone before me. I love Ram Dass, Jack Kornfield, Steven Copeland and so many others who have shared their amazing journies. EVERYBODYS HERE is in the same vein, it is my story, my journey. At its best it may inspire you, and even if it doesnt quite reach those heights it will let you know youre not alone. Divorce, suffering, love, mountain pilgrimages, joy, drugs, ten years of yoga, koan study, trying to raise my daughter the best I can, and facing the endless nets of fear and ego--its all here.
