Ainsley is a faithful, stay-at-home, suburban thirty-eight-year-old wife who chose to walk away from the music industry in order to have a family of her own. But when her teenage kids talk her into going to Las Vegas during the biggest music festival in the country to record hooks for a track, things start to change. Attending a party for the major players of the record label, she meets guitarist Callum Beckman with whom she has powerful and undeniable chemistry. After a showstopping performance and an evening with the young rock star, Ainsley finds her life spiraling out of her control. Can she fight it and keep her quiet life? Or should she throw caution to the wind, be the star she is, and return to the world of the living?
